Communication via WhatsApp

If you contact us using the WhatsApp contact button on our website, your first name and surname, telephone number, WhatsApp profile information, message content and, if you share them, information about your health condition or requested procedure may be processed.

The information you share via WhatsApp is processed for the purposes of receiving your appointment request, responding to you, answering your questions and managing patient communication processes.

WhatsApp is a third-party communication service provided within Meta Platforms. If you initiate communication via WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta may process personal data under their own privacy policies.

Please do not share your detailed medical history, test results, prescriptions, reports, photographs or similar private health data via WhatsApp unless necessary. The final assessment regarding healthcare services is made following a physician’s examination and the necessary medical investigations.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving your contact and appointment requests,
• Responding to questions or requests you submit,
• Providing information about the clinic’s services,
• Managing preliminary consultations, appointment planning and patient communication processes,
• Planning operational processes within the clinic,
• Ensuring that the website operates securely, efficiently and in a user-friendly manner,
• Recording and responding to requests, complaints and applications,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Establishing, exercising or protecting rights in potential disputes.

Data obtained through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, embedded YouTube content and similar technologies on our website may, within the scope described in our cookie policy, be processed to measure website performance, improve user experience and manage advertising/analytics processes.

6. Retention Period for Personal Data

Your personal data are retained for the period required by the purposes for which they are processed and limited to the statutory retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation.

You may submit your requests under the KVKK to the data controller, Dr. Veysel Alimoğlu, together with information verifying your identity.

Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible, depending on the nature of your request, and no later than the applicable statutory time limits.
